You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar.” – Psalm 139:1-2 In Psalm 139, David stands in awe that God knows everything about him and perfectly understands his ways. In the same way, God knows your child’s likes and dislikes, their temperament and tendencies, we desire to know our students and point them to Jesus.
When did God start loving your child? From eternity past! Regarding the nation of Israel, God tells the prophet, Jeremiah, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.” (Jeremiah 31:3) At St Vincent de Paul Dual Language Catholic School, we strive to love our students as Jesus loves them – unconditionally.
Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” We are motivated with a Christ-like passion for seeing students equipped to lay hold of the incredible life God has designed specifically for them – all to bring Him glory!
