How to Apply

Welcome to St Vincent de Paul Dual Language Immersion Catholic School

Starting December 15th, 2023, we will open our registration for our 2024-2025 school year HERE. We invite you to consider beginning the admissions process prayerfully. STEP 1:
PRAY AND INQUIRE

The following prayer was adapted from a prayer for God’s will by our patron saint, St. Vincent de Paul. We encourage families to pray this prayer daily as they prepare to inquire about the outstanding Catholic education which St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School offers. 

May the Lord bless us in our searching and our questions
They are the gateway to wisdom, enlightenment, and peace,
the way to our hearts.
Response: May the blessing of enlightenment and peace be upon us.

May the Lord bless us with our gifts; these are God’s providence to the world.
To enrich it, to enable it, to bring it love.
Response: May we acknowledge and use the gifts God gives to us.

May the Lord bless us in the yearnings of our hearts. No matter how subtle,
They are energy urging us forward in our quest for God and others.
Response: May our heart’s yearnings teach us empathy.

May the Lord bless our vision. No matter the climb it is a mountain
peak calling us to experience God.
Response: Lord, may the blessing of vision be with us as we reach out with trust in you.

May the Lord bless us in our decisions. No matter the mistakes,
they are our “yes” in life, our assent to the field where God is found.
Response: May the blessing of discernment be upon us.

May the Lord bless us in our reflections and ideas. No matter the doubts. They are seeds seeking nourishment, sunshine, life-giving water.
Response: May we imitate Saint Vincent, Saint Louise, Blessed Frederic Ozanam and Blessed Rosalie Rendu.

All: May our all loving Lord bless us in all our journey through the joys, our work, our struggles, and the heart of the day.
Amen.

STEP 2:
PLEASE SPEND SOME TIME WITH US

Choosing a new school is an exciting family decision! While our applications are open, we would love to get to know one another while sharing the vision and answering any questions you may have about seeking admission to SVDP. Come and spend some time with us. Schedule a tour. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook. Find out if SVDP is a fit for you. STEP 3:
APPLY

Applications are open for SVDP. Please click here to begin the application by creating a parent profile. After you have completed the application and paid the $40 application fee, a new checklist on the same parent portal you just created will generate, allowing you to continue to turn in the necessary documents for your application packet. These include:

Application Form
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Baptism Certificate (Catholics Only)
