St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School is a Christ-centered community. We believe that spiritual education is essential to the full development of every student. An education that neglects to address a student’s spiritual development is incomplete. SVDP students learn about God not just in Mass and Religion classes. Christ is woven throughout all programs, from history to science and art to language development. Starting in early elementary, students learn to compare and contrast secular worldviews with biblical worldviews. Students are encouraged to question and dig deeper. Our faculty is passionate about developing the mind and character of every SVDP student.
Spiritual Formation St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School believes spiritual formation is critical to the total Catholic school experience. Our students from PK-5th grade participate in a spiritual formation program emphasizing critical components of spiritual development. In the 2nd grade, our students begin their first sacramental preparation.
Daily Mass Pre-K students participate in a dynamic and interactive Church (Mass) time. Our youngest students learn about who God is and how much He loves them. They are not shy about interacting with our Parish Priest regarding our faith.
PK-5th graders participate in weekly Mass. Worship is dynamic and interactive. Our priest shares messages full of biblical truth to help students understand who God is, how much He loves them, and how they can live a life pleasing to Him.
Community Service At St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School, our students learn that you don’t have to be an adult to make an adult-sized difference in the world.
We help our students discover their God-given talents and purpose and teach them to put them into action. Every preschool through fifth-grade student participates in social awareness in our community. From raising awareness to raising funds, SVDP students learn the joy of serving others and that, no matter their size, they are valuable members of the body of Christ.
